Used them for a mother daughter trip to Fox Theater to see the nutcracker, bus was immaculate, service was amazing, highly Recommend!

When we had our company party, we hired Rochester Limousine to provide the transportation. Our driver Don was awesome, party bus arrived on time, and Don made the experience top notch. Highly recommend!

I rented a luxury SUV for my son and his prom date. I never got to see any of it because I was ill at home and they picked him up from his mother's place. My son said the vehicle and driver where fantastic. Dealing with the company between phone calls, texts, and emails went fine as I was unable to physically go anywhere. I am pleased with how everything turned out and so was my son. Would use them again for sure.

Extremely helpful and professional owner. Went out of his way to try to help us source a charter bus when his own company had already been previously booked. Spent a generous amount of time reaching out to his contacts to try to accommodate our sports team for their short notice travel. Will definitely be using this company in the future for our prom/special occasion travel. As a fellow business owner I certainly appreciate and value old-school businesses who still care about their customers like family.

Limo was great for our wedding. The bus was very and and clean. Our driver (I can't remember his name right now) was great as well. More than enough space for our bridal party!

Overall great experience! Bruce was a terrific chauffeur and very patient with us. The bus was smaller than expected, glad we didn’t have as many people as expected... it would have been too tight. The sound system wasn’t the best but it got the job done. All in all... I would support Rochester Limousine in the future and will recommend!! 💯👍🏼

Had a wonderful experience with this company last weekend. We hired them for our bachelorette party and we had The BEST time!
